$12,000 Fine Issued for Form 700 Violation in Mendocino
The Fair Political Practices Commission has issued a $12,000 fine for Mendocino Archeological Commission member Allison Scott for failing to file Annual Statements of Economic Interest on time.
L.A. Times Sacramento Bureau Chief John Meyers tweeted about the violation Monday.

Mendocino County’s Archeological Commission is an arm of Planning and Building Services. Its primary purpose is to review development projects for archeological impact and reduce the number of disturbances to Native American sites and other locations of archeological significance.
