MuniServices / Avenu Insight: February 2018 Legislative Update

MuniServices, an Avenu company, has published its preliminary bill introduction report covering issues that have the capacity to impact local government practices, particularly relating to revenue streams. The report also includes a review of selected proposed statewide ballot initiatives, considerations for tax reform, marketplace fairness efforts, as well as a synopsis of the recent regulations adopted by the Office of Tax Appeals.
