Which Counties Are Seeing a Surge in Coronavirus Cases?

As states and counties reopen their economies, the U.S. is seeing a spike in coronavirus cases. California is one of the states where positive cases are on an incline. Nearly half of the state’s new cases are in people under 35.

Thirteen counties are being monitored by the state in case they need additional support, Governor Gavin Newsom said Monday. They include Fresno, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Los Angeles, San Joaquin and Tulare.

2. Yolo (383.3%)

3. Kings (245.5%)

4. Imperial (293.5%)
