The Most Expensive Zip Codes in 2020

The pandemic has not dented housing demand or rising home prices in California. The Golden State is now home to 19 out of the 27 most expensive zip codes in the United States.

Property Shark recently released its rankings of the most expensive zip codes. New York was second to California, with six spots on the list.

Property Shark looked at the median housing price in each area to determine the rankings. To give you an idea of the ceiling, the state’s most expensive zip code has a median home price of $7,000,000. (No, that’s not a typo.)
