Counties With the Lowest Home Prices
California home prices began to rebound in March after a slowdown in the housing market. The state’s median sales price increased 7.6% over the previous month, coming in at $791,490.
That’s well above the national average of $428,700. But there are plenty of counties where you can still find a home for less. In fact, according to the California Association of Realtors, 20 California counties have homes below the national average.
