GrassrootsLab Honored for TV Ad Creative at 2023 AAPC Pollie Awards
GrassrootsLab was honored for its work in television advertising last week by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), the largest association of political and public affairs professionals in the world. The "Pollie" Award was given for GrassrootsLab's work on behalf of the California Charter Schools Association.
The award was the firm's second Pollie win in as many election cycles. GrassrootsLab was recognized for its Direct Mail efforts in the 2020 Presidential election as part of an Independent Expenditure covering five Battleground States.
This year's Pollie was given for a 30-second ad titled "Pick Up and Drop Off," which focused on the day-to-day demands of parenting and the support given by local public Charter schools to students and families alike. Localized English and Spanish versions of the ad ran in cable markets in Sacramento, the Central Valley and Inland Empire.
