Union Push in CoCo County Heating Up

Efforts to unionize nearly 1,000 Contra Costa County employees could be coming to a head, as the participating union has cried foul over alleged anti-union tactics. Last year, the CoCo Supes froze benefits for nonunion county employees and retirees. Now, a large number of mostly mangerial level counnty employees may go union.
